Shipping

There will be a flat fee of $5 for orders under $50. Orders over $50 ship free.  Free in-store pickup for local customers.

Returns & Exchanges

As a small family business, we are unable to process refunds. Please think carefully about your decision, and feel free to contact the store with any questions you have about our pieces. We’re here to help you make best possible choice for you!

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange the item or return it for store credit. All returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item(s), and must be shipped back in brand new condition within 10 days. In order to receive your replacement item or store credit, all packaging and tags must still be on the item.

You may ship the item back at your own expense, or drop it off in store during regular business hours.  


Repairs

Many of our pieces come with limited warranties: Firefly, Frank Herval, Nature Bijoux, and Maria Stashak - and many more in store. If you need an item replaced or repaired, just drop it off in store or e-mail info@pierceyourears.com for more information. Please use your receipt to let us know the date of purchase, manufacturer, and name of your item. If you do not have your receipt, please provide a picture of the item in the e-mail, as well as your full name and estimated date of purchase. E-mail requests are usually processed in 1-2 business days.
